These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pluto mobile application and the website https://plutorides.com (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is owned and operated by Ghumantra Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U52219KA2025PTC208379), having its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
References to "Pluto", "Pluto Rides", "we", "our", or "us" mean Ghumantra Private Limited, operating under the brand name Pluto.
All payments made on the Platform are received by Ghumantra Private Limited. Invoices may include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law.
Schedule changes or temporary pauses may be allowed subject to availability and prior notice. Slot retention is not guaranteed after a pause.
Pickup and drop times are estimated. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. Pluto is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
Pluto reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misconduct or policy violations.
Subscriptions cancelled before service start may be eligible for a refund after deductions, processed within 5–7 business days.
Completed or missed rides are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, apply only to unused days and are subject to Pluto's review.
If a user misses a pickup or is unavailable, the ride is considered used and non-refundable.
Pluto may cancel services due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons. Refunds, if applicable, apply only to unused service days.
Pluto, Pluto Rides, and all related branding are proprietary identifiers owned and used by Ghumantra Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Pluto shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed appointments, or events beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
